Domestic - We use Australia Post for all parcels. Our shipping calculator uses their real-time pricing based on weight and destination.
International - We can ship virtually anywhere in the world using Australia Post. We use their real-time shipping calculator based on weight and destination.
Any customs duties & taxes or fees associated with importing goods into your country will be your responsibility.
Packaging - We ship our Moccies with minimal packaging to reduce the cost.
Once your order leaves us and you are advised of the tracking number, we're at the mercy of the shippers tracking information. Please check their website for expected delivery times. We'll do everything possible to assist and make sure you get the goods you've bought!
We will always try to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible however since our Moccies are handmade to order there may be delays during busy times like Mother's Day, Father's Day and Xmas, plus we're always busy in the lead up and throughout winter!
We will do our best to post orders within a few days of receiving them, so please check your spam for the tracking info or log back into the system and see the updated order status.
If the goods you receive are found to be damaged or defective, these may be returned to us within 14 days for an exchange.
If there's an issue with the sizing, please contact us so we can discuss your measurements and exchange as required. If you have a query with sizing please contact us prior to purchase so we can advise you ... it would help if you've already measured both feet.
